Slide submission instructions
Please double check your slides in advance of submission to ensure that there are NO tradenames or images with tradenames. DO NOT include a disclosure slide.
Slide Templates and additional presentation guidelines can be found below.
The PGA76 Meeting Presentation Submission Upload Site is managed by Encore Presentation Services. All audiovisual presentation files must be submitted through this site by 12/7/22. After this date, submissions will only be accepted on-site in the Speaker Ready Room.
If you have a video in your presentation please add a V to the end of your named file. For example: Nitric Oxide: What Have Learned in 30 Years V.
Please click on the link to submit your presentation. https://ctitech.click/njm7zx8
To access the site, click the “Forgot your password?” button and enter your email address (i.e., the email that receives correspondence from the PGA) to generate a password to upload your presentation(s).
Submission instructions are provided on the website. Once your presentation has been submitted via the website, you will be able to update it by removing the original and resubmitting a revision.
All presenters are required to check in at the Speaker Ready Room. This is the single most important action you will take to ensure your presentation is a success.
It is best if this is done at least 24 hours before you speak. It should be no later than four hours before the start of your session with the exception of those that are speaking on Friday morning.
The Speaker Ready Room is located in Harlem Room on the 7th Floor of the New York Marriott Marquis and will be open Friday, December 9 to Monday, December 12 from 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
It is strongly recommended that you bring a backup of your presentation(s) on a Flash Drive/USB Stick.
To assure compatibility, if you are using anything other than PowerPoint, please contact Nick Jason at nicholas.jason@carlsonav.com
If you have any questions, please send an email to our support team at c1support@encoreglobal.com.
